The Mother: Nigerian-born Ngozi combines physics, engineering, VC/PE, regulations and business and has managed over $1B in revenue, is a global speaker and writes on a diverse set of topics from core technology to women to entrepreneurship. She contributes regularly to Voice Of America Africa media forums and publishes on technology and non-technology platforms. A champion of STEM, women, youth, art, and "Africa we must engage," Ngozi has worked in Asia, Europe, Africa, Middle East and N. America. The son: At age 15, Okezue is a STEM innovator, Gen Z promoter and deep technology researcher interning with MIT Media Lab fluid interfaces group. He’s developed equitable machine learning diagnostic systems at Microsoft and is studying neuro-engineering at Harvard Massachusetts General Hospital. Okezue’s startup, Fidutam, aims to provide a socially equitable alternative to big banks. He advises on sustainability and healthcare for leading food tech companies. Okezue’s program based scholarship is supported by companies including Softbank and OpenBCI via technology and monetary grants. Okezue speaks with corporate leaders and at global conferences and writes for Medium and other publications and publishes a monthly newsletter with 11,000 views.
