Carol Finizza
Carol has had a passion for storytelling since crafting articles for her college newspaper. She was a former sportswriter for the Orange County Register and a regular contributor to Orange Coast Magazine. She continued her writing career in advertising, where she wrote ad copy for some of Orange County’s most successful companies and non-profit organizations. Carol served as Director of Marketing for The Strand at Headlands, a historic property located on California’s Gold Coast. Her creative and inspired approach to marketing, her deep connection to the community and her team spirit helped to position The Strand as one of California’s most coveted residential communities and storied destinations. Carol resides in Dana Point. She is the author of The Surf-Vival Handbook for Land and Sea, a girl’s guide to life at the beach. Murder on Hollywood Beach is Carol’s debut novel in The Messy Girl Murder Series.
