Ame-Lia Tamburrini is a Master Facilitator, Podcast Host of the Circle of Change and the CEO and Founder of Hum Consulting - an organization bringing harmony back to communities one conversation at a time. After decades of health issues caused by not speaking her truth and then facing her own mortality she reclaimed her authentic voice to create spaces for people of all cultures, ages and abilities to share their stories and heal their divides. Today, she brings together Indigenous governments, municipalities, industry and organizations to have brave conversations. Her Community Gathering dissolves tensions and results in greater collaboration, creativity, connection and joy. Ame-Lia is a certified facilitator in restorative justice and trauma-informed practices and is an IAP2 public participation facilitator. She uses over 20 years of experience facilitating dialogue around the world to create conversations rarely experienced. She has spoken on international stages about leadership and communication.
