Mark Becker
NewLife Expo and NewLife Magazine were created by entrepreneur Mark Becker (nicknamed “Yogiman” by Robin Williams) who in 1975 opened Serenity, the first yoga center and herb shop in New York City. A master yogi who has trained tens of thousands of yoga students and more than a thousand yoga teachers, Becker has taught at Hunter College, Boricua College, and even Juilliard. He is also a master herbalist.
