Your story is the most powerful tool you’ve got, with the ability to take you places you’ve always dreamed of, heal the broken parts of you, and ultimately invite you into the role of a lifetime, where you play the author. As someone who struggled with intense depression & anxiety, she decided to use this complex pain for a purpose greater than herself pointing others to hope. This took shape in many forms, music as a professional singer/songwriter, now a psychotherapist, coach & speaker. She’s supported thousands in the process of becoming whole using the Enneagram. As a type 4, she’s skilled to hold space for the often painful stories that must unravel in order to heal, believing when we own these stories & learn to befriend ourselves: we find our voice & start to use it. She received her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and a Master’s in Counseling. After working in the Christian music industry as an artist/songwriter and earning licensure requirements at a local non-profit, she decided to streamline her energy and focus. She built a private practice, working as a therapist specializing in the creative, experiential process. She also still writes and records music independently. She’s the founder of The Practice, an enneagram-focused wellness program helping people put the enneagram to work in their everyday lives. She also guides executives, creatives & corporate teams in leadership coaching. She lives in Nashville, TN with her husband Daniel and their son, Tucker.
