Judy Lipson is the Founder and Chair of Celebration of Sisters established in 2011 to commemorate the lives and memories of her beloved sisters Margie and Jane to benefit Massachusetts General Hospital. Judy lost her sister Jane at age 22 in 1981 in an automobile accident, and her sister Margie at age 35 in 1990 after a 20 year battle with anorexia and bulimia. After 30 years, she took the journey to grieve for her beloved sisters. She shares her story in the newly released memoir, Celebration of Sisters: It Is Never Too Late To Grieve, by WriteLife Publishing. ?Judy published articles for The Open to Hope Foundation and The Centering Organization. Massachusetts General Hospital and SKATING Magazine featured numerous pieces on Judy’s philanthropic work. The Open To Hope and The Morning Glory welcomed Judy to their podcasts as a guest.Her passion for figure skating secured the recipient of U.S. Figure Skating Association 2020 Get Up Award.
