Jason Mida
Jason Mida serves as President & CEO at Mida Associates. Previously, Jason served as Vice President of Development at the LGBTQ Victory Fund, the largest LGBTQ political action committee in the United States. From 2005-2011 during his time at the Victory Fund, he worked with LGBTQ candidates running for office at the local, state, and national level, including trailblazing candidates who broke barriers by achieving electoral firsts for the LGBTQ community. As President & CEO, Jason works closely with all clients to provide oversight for each engagement to ensure daily success. He has worked with local, regional and national leadership across the country to highlight organizations working at the intersection of social justice and equality, including identifying opportunities for these groups to raise their profile, improve their access to funding resources, enlist advocates from Capitol Hill to discuss important issues, strengthen and build relationships with Corporate America, recruit celebrity advocates for nationwide events, and provide guidance and counsel to ensure that internal structures, including boards and trustees, have the tools and resources needed to be successful as lead volunteers for their respective organizations. As an LGBTQ Asian-American with a disability, he understands that we should all have the same rights and freedoms as our fellow Americans and that marginalized communities need dedicated and improved support to fight for full equality and inclusion.
