Darci is a wife, mom, and a certified coach with a particular passion for helping others find fulfillment, balance, and joy in each of the roles they play in life. With 15 years’ experience in progressive HR & Recruitment leadership roles with organizations such as Nationwide Insurance and OhioHealth, Darci offers an insider view on how to land the job and set yourself up for success. She also brings deep experience leading corporate Strategy & Innovation efforts, and will teach you how to use these concepts, frameworks, and mindsets in your personal transformation. Today, she is the Founder of Wayfinding with Darci Williams, where she supports organizations and individuals as an Executive and Life Coach. In addition to 1:1 coaching, Darci also offers workshops/group coaching and corporate/personal development retreats. Darci received her coach training from the Hudson Institute, has her Associate Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation, and is also a certified “Designing Your Life” coach (having trained directly with the course). Darci prides herself on being authentic and playful and shows up whole-hearted in all she does.
