hrishon is an entrepreneur, restaurant consultant, Executive Chef, and the visionary behind Bite Club. He has worked in the Food & Beverage industry for over 13 years. From startups, to fast casual, to quick service, and even a 24 hr operation, he has great insight about a variety of operations. Not to mention a sound perspective regarding the ebb and flow of restaurant culture working hands on at every position. Some of the local establishments he has worked for include Vim & Victor, Granville Moore's, Queen Vic, Barcode, and Star & Shamrock. Chrishon Addison is intentional and passionate about taking Bite Club to the next level and its purpose to be inclusive and service communities. If he’s not on the line cooking at a Bite Club event, you can find the father of 2 boys with his wife in a lawn chair intensely watching their soccer practices and games. He enjoys sports, premium spirits, cookouts with friends and spending quality time with his family and pet dog Kobe.
