Dr. Claudia Kaefer
Dr. Claudia Kaefer is the co-founder of FRINK Advanced Services, a boutique Cisco partner headquartered in Vienna/Austria. While growing the company, team and the IT service portfolio, Claudia was intrigued by the degree of ignorance that was attributed to human factors in IT projects. As the CEO of FRINK, has recognized early on the dire need for special adoption efforts: thus, she developed a methodology for customized and scientifically-based user adoption approaches. Besides large and satisfied clients, Cisco has recognized her work in that field for 5yrs in a row. Claudia recently finished her book on the topic called “The 5 faces of user adoption.” She holds a doctorate on business sociology from the University of Vienna and currently finishes her psychoanalytics studies at the Sigmund Freud University Vienna.
