Brandi Greene

Brandi Greene is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leader, strategist, and coach working to advance non-traditional approaches to DEI. She is currently the Managing Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Work & Co, where she practices a progressive, developmentally focused approach to cultivating just workplace cultures. She is the Founder and Principal of NúBlack Consulting, a boutique consultancy helping organizations minimize harm by thinking innovatively about DEI change. Currently, Brandi is serving as a DEI strategic advisor of NextUp’s Ascend Program, where she is helping organizations utilize equitable design thinking to Brandi's work focuses on the intersection of identity development, cultural competency development, anti-oppression, and wellness to help individuals, organizations, and industries create culturally adaptative equity-mindful institutions. She delivers award-winning solutions that drive continued DEI and antiracism development and ongoing organizational evolution using concrete, creative, and unconventional approaches. She specializes in cultivating intersectional racial awareness and improving racial competency in dominant, non-dominant, and blended groups, and operationalizing complex global strategies at the local level. Brandi holds a BA in Psychology from Medgar Evers College (MEC), City University of New York, with summa cum laude distinction.
