Jonathan E. Wilson

Jonathan E. Wilson is the Founder of OpSAFE International in Tokyo, Japan. He developed OperationSAFE as an early psychosocial intervention for elementary school age children after mass trauma from war and disaster with wife, psychologist Rie Wilson in 2008. Since then Jonathan has trained and mobilized communities to provide OperationSAFE camps for over 30,000 children in China, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Philippines, Nepal, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Haiti, Poland, Romania, and Ukraine. He has a MA in intercultural Studies from The Fuller Theological Seminary and is currently completing his pHD in Holistic child Development at Asia Pasific Nazarene Theological Seminary. Jonathan Wilson is the Founder of CRASH Japan (Christian Relief Assistance Support and Hope) which mobilized 40,000 volunteer work-days in response to the Japan tsunami disaster in 2011.
