Frances Chrzan

Frances Chrzan (kshun) earned her B.A. from Indiana University in 2014 and her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2019, where she became certified in Animal Law and served as Editor-in-Chief of Lewis & Clark's Animal Law Review. Following law school in 2019, Frances shifted her focus from animal law to animal protection policy, and moved to Washington, DC, where she began her Congressional advocacy on anti-animal experimentation issues. Last year, Frances joined Mercy For Animals as the Federal Policy Manager where she now advocates for farmed animals in Congress.
