Marcia Wall
Marcia coaches individuals with a growth mindset to live their best professional lives. Her expertise lies in the areas of career services, personal coaching, training, and writing. Her coaching style is both holistic and strategic. It is also rooted in DEI principles and practices. She works with clients one-on-one and develops webinars and training sessions for nonprofits, schools, and corporations. Her newsletter, which can be found on LinkedIn, is called Joyful Journeys. It features stories of client resilience and success. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and a Certified Career Services Provider through the National Career Development Association. She is also certified through Recovery Innovations International to coach people who cope with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues. Additionally, she holds a Master of Arts degree in Rhetoric and the Teaching of Writing and has completed coursework in Online Training Essentials through UCSD Extension.
