She is the CEO of DFG (Destined for Greatness) Associates an Event Planning business. She is also the CEO and Executive Director of a nonprofit 501c3 organization called Teaching to Change Lives, Inc. The organization focus is to provide tools, resources and training that develops, equips, and prepares believers to engage in progressive and productive ministry. She has also been blessed with the responsibility of being the founder and organizer of WOW (Women of Wellness). Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, WOW has had numerous successful workshops, seminars, conferences, and retreats since 2012. The next scheduled conference will take place, September 26-29, 2024. We anticipate more than 450 women from 18 states and 130 churches/faith based organizations. WOW has been featured in the National Baptist Convention USA Inc, quarterly Christian Education Magazine called the “Informer” during the second quarter in 2018. She has been asked on several occasions to teach/facilitate sessions for planning and developing effective women’s ministries. She has been an active member of the Jones Memorial Baptist Church family for more than 30 years and currently serves in the role of what she likes to call the ultimate “Supporter and Encourager. God blessed her with the love of her life, and she is married to her best friend, Dr. Paul R. Lee, Pastor- Teacher of Jones Memorial Baptist Church.
