Tommy Lee Hayes-Brown
Tommy Lee Hayes-Brown is MetLife Auto & Home’s multicultural sales & service manager in charge of increasing MetLife Auto & Home’s market presence and improving service within multicultural markets. A 15 year employee with MetLife Auto & Home, Tommy Lee has served in a number of important roles that have all had the common tread of service to others including leading MetLife Auto & Home’s three first notice of loss centers and driving corporate recognition and employee engagement. Tommy Lee also works on MetLife Auto & Home’s Talent Development Team and is a standing member of the Corporate Diversity Steering Committee.
