Kris Harris

Kris has a passion for fitness and for helping people teach their fitness and health goals for the past 14 years. She became a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor in 2006 and has worked with clients of all different ages and fitness levels. Kris has worked in a physical therapy clinic helping her clients continue with their post-rehabilitation goals. She is also certified as a Pilates Instructor and specializes in developing core strength and stability as well as balance and mobility which are vital for maintaining overall health.
