Harsh Patil
Harsh Patil is a Senior at St. John’s High School. He has been on the school's renowned robotics team for four years, all four years of which they have made states and once to worlds. On the robotics team, he specializes in CAD, which is designing 3D models and 3D printing them for the robot. He is also a founding member of the school's DECA club and has placed 7th in the world in the International Business Plan competition. He is an academically excelling student, consistently being on the Headmasters List and the Honor Roll. Taking 11 APs through the course of high school, he has achieved AP Scholar with Distinction. Harsh takes a special interest in AI and machine learning and has taken a Stanford course on it as well as done research on the subject. He looks to gain more experience as he has started some projects. His attraction to AI ties into his curiosity for math as he is taking multivariable calculus and will continue to take more advanced courses.
