Rima Assiryani is an accomplished architect with over 20 years of experience in design, construction, and facility management. She leads the Facility Planning and Space Management team at the Federal Reserve where she has earned various distinctions, including the Chairman’s Special Achievement award twice. She passionately develops workplace strategies with sustainable design that promotes healthy buildings, attracts, and retains highly qualified professionals and delivers an environment for collaboration and innovation. She champions technology solutions which improve efficiency and uses data to make informed decisions and to forge consensus. Rima was born in Jordan and immigrated to the US in 2001, where she currently resides in Washington DC with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys serving her local community and church, and travels with her husband and two boys, experiencing new cultures and serving refugee communities through short term service trips.
