Dr. Jeffrey D. McCausland
Dr. Jeffrey D. McCausland, a retired Colonel from the U.S. Army and former Dean of Academics at the U.S. Army War College. McCausland is the founder & CEO of Diamond6 Leadership & Strategy, LLC. Diamond6 Leadership & Strategy, LLC has worked with thousands of individuals from organizations nationwide to develop the next generation of leaders. The mission is to develop confident and effective leaders whose teams have the most significant impact on their community and the world. Since 2000, both domestically and internationally, Dr. McCausland has conducted numerous executive leadership development workshops and consulted for leaders in public education, US government institutions, non-profit organizations, and corporations. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, the U.S. Army Airborne and Ranger schools, and the Command and General Staff College at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. He holds a master’s and Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. Dr. McCausland is also a national security consultant for CBS Radio and Television. Consequently, he has covered the war in Ukraine extensively since it began. He is also the co-author of Battle Tested! Gettysburg Leadership Lessons for 21st Century Leaders, available on Amazon.
