Ron Katz
Ron Katz has 25+ years of experience as an HR generalist in recruiting, benefits, EH&S, and employee relations. He excels in training, development, coaching, and mentoring. Ron has worked in the pharmaceutical, medical device, veterinary device, and machine shop contract manufacturing industries. Currently, he manages HR and training functions for a seismic racking company. As acting manager for seven months at a veterinary medical device company, Ron demonstrated leadership skills that led to his managing EH&S and training functions. He also led a team of 26 voluntary emergency response team members. Ron is a champion of Articulate eLearning community, developing online interactions and microlearning. He ranks second as a participant in their weekly challenges. For over a decade, Ron volunteered as a advisor for a youth leadership program. Ron is weeks away from testing for his Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do at a school where he teaches, too.
