Ben Monroe
Ben Monroe is a lifelong fan of the horror genre and has been fascinated with monsters for as long as he can remember. He is the author of “In the Belly of the Beast and Other Tales of Cthulhu Wars,” “The Seething,” the graphic novel “Planet Apocalypse,” and short stories in several anthologies. Before beginning to write fiction seriously a few years ago, Ben worked in a variety of roles, such as advertising executive, copywriter, technical writer, and game designer. He holds a degree in Cinema from San Francisco State University and has worked on a few films as an Assistant Director, and other production roles. When not writing about slimy lake monsters, cosmic horrors, or other malevolent entities, Ben spends time with his family, reads a lot, builds models of classic monsters, and enjoys hiking and running on local trails. www.benmonroe.com
