Vinitia Mathews
Vinitia Mathews helps others realize their leadership development goals, and corporate and academic organizations realize their operational goals. Often as the only executive of color or female executive throughout her career, Vinitia learned to navigate successfully in such settings. Vinitias current focus is on providing meaningful coaching support to women and leaders of color. She believes if we are to make the professional world a more equitable and inclusive one, female leaders and leaders of color need support, encouragement and specific techniques to elevate their voice. Vinitia holds a Ph.D. in strategic management and an MBA in healthcare management from Texas Tech University. Born and reared in Africa, Vinitia is a multiethnic woman of color with executive experience in healthcare, academe and consulting, allowing her to see solutions from multiple perspectives.
