Over 13 years on the force in Sacramento, CA including Crime Suppression, Gang Enforcement, Professional Standards, and full-time SWAT; Mark instructed patrol tactics, officer rescue and clearing techniques. On the Quick Response Force for former Vice President, Mike Pence, Mark also provided dignitary protection for former President of Mexico, Enrique Pena Nieto, former Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, the 14th Dalai Lama, former Governor, Jerry Brown, the Sacramento Mayor and Hometown Hero, Alek Skarlatos.
