Adam Flattau

Adam Flattau is a Certified Senior Advisor and Owner of the Senior Care Authority franchise on Long Island. Currently residing in the same Long Island town where he grew up, Adam guides families through the often-daunting task of finding the best places for their elderly loved ones, whether that means independent living, assisted living communities, memory care, or skilled nursing facilities. Also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Eldercare Strategist, Adam is an active volunteer for numerous organizations, recently earning Franchise Business Review’s 2023 “Franchise Rock Star” award in the category of “Giving Back.” He is Vice Chairperson of the Alzheimer’s Association Board of Directors, Long Island Chapter; Board Member of Gerontology Professionals of New York; Sponsorship Chairperson for The Walks to End Alzheimer’s Long Island Chapter; and Committee Member for Long Island Alzheimer’s and Dementia Center’s Cocktails and Casino Night. In addition, Adam is a participating member in the Senior Umbrella Network, the National Aging In Place Council Long Island Chapter, Geriatric Practitioners of New York, the Orion Resource Group and the Accountants Resource Group. Before joining the Senior Care Authority, Adam was Director of E-media and advertising sales for the Eastern Region of the CoStar Group. When not striving to make a difference in seniors’ lives, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. skiing in Vermont, golfing and enjoying the outdoors on Long Island
