Micah Rodriguez
Micah Rodriguez graduated from high school in June of 2023 with superintendent’s highest honors and a 4.3 GPA. He will be attending Oberlin College to play NCAA baseball and focus his studies on sports journalism and management. He was the sports editor for his high school newspaper and placed Top 10 in sports writing at this past year’s National High School Journalism Convention in St. Louis. Micah has helped the nonprofit Right Road Kids in a multitude of ways literally since he was in a stroller. For the past 2 years, he has also worked as a kids’ camp supervisor at California Cartwheel Center, mentoring and being a role model for countless kids of all ages. Micah is an athlete, a scholar, a wonderful young man, and the son of “On the Right Road!” radio show host and Right Road Kids' founder, Paula Phillips-Rodriguez.
