In her own words: 'm obsessed with two things: animals and science. That's why I dedicated my scientific training to taking animals out of the supply chain by making a food product that is better for cats, dogs, cows, pigs, humans...all animals. My PhD focused on chemical-genetic and mechanism-of-action studies. My post-doctoral work investigated the human microbiome and the interactions between bacterial communities and eukaryotic host cells. Today I'm the CEO and founder of BioCraft Pet Nutrition, making cultured meat for cats and dogs
