Joseph Solomon II

Joseph Solomon II was born in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1983, into a military family. He moved around a lot during his early years due to his family's military assignments. Eventually, he settled in Hampton, Virginia, where his life took a new turn. In Hampton, Joseph became known for his talent in sports. He excelled in wrestling, soccer, and football, earning awards in all three. His achievements in these sports helped him secure a full scholarship to Liberty University. It was at Liberty University that he met his future wife, Shoshana Solomon. However, Joseph's athletic career hit a roadblock when he experienced several concussions, forcing him to stop playing sports. This setback led to a challenging period in his life. He dropped out of school and gained a significant amount of weight, reaching 285 pounds at a height of 5'10 ½". After facing health scares and receiving the news of his one-year-old son being diagnosed with Crohn's disease, Joseph decided to make a change and successfully lost over 100 pounds. This transformation would ultimately change his life. He returned to college, earned his degree, and became a behavior specialist in Texas Public Schools. Later, he served in the United States Navy on submarines and ships, including special operations. He even competed in bodybuilding competitions, earning top-three placements twice in the National Physique Competition. In San Diego, California, Joe established his home-based fitness gym where he helped hundreds.
