Karen LeSage
Karen LeSage is the Chair of the Early Childhood Education Program at Ridge Meadows College in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. She is also a registered children's yoga teacher and a consultant specializing in affirming neurodivergent behavior interventions. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the field, Karen was honored with the ChildCareBC Awards of Excellence Childcare Leadership Award in May 2023. Karen has over 25 years of experience working with children from birth to nineteen in childcare and community settings. She is passionate about creating a space where all people are welcome. She uses yoga, mindfulness, and gratitude practices as a platform to help people connect with themselves and others and find their place in the world.
