Heather Hall
Heather Hall is a speaker, writer, coach and entrepreneur. Diagnosed with cancer first at age 21, Heather quickly learned the impact a positive mindset had on her life. Now a three-time cancer survivor, Heather is passionate about helping others transform their mindset, even during life’s challenges. She teaches strategies for choosing possibilities in problems through speaking, coaching and a variety of resources. Her mantra through clearing cancer was “Today I choose….,” reminding her that we can’t always control what we face but we can choose how we respond and react. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Heather created and launched her online store, www.TodayIChooseSeries.com, a collection of affirmation cards, journals, clothing and more to inspire people to love themselves and their lives. She also hosts www.HeathersHangout.com, a blog offering tips, resources, motivation, healthy living activities and more for cancer survivors, caregivers and others. She brings over two decades of experience in public relations, marketing, philanthropy, leadership and advocacy in multiple industries, including healthcare, nonprofit, finance and education. She also owns a communications consulting firm, Three Oaks Media. Heather has spoken at events across the country and led sessions and programs relating to transforming your mindset, sharing your story for positive impact, advocacy programs, communication strategies and community involvement.
