Richard Villasana, founder of Forever Homes for Foster Kids, is a leading international expert on Immigration issues and foster families. Richard, a proud Navy veteran, has been featured on CNN International, Associated Press, ABC TV, WISH-TV, Costco Connections, and The Washington Post. He is a columnist with Foster Focus Magazine and an international speaker. Honored as a California Hero, Richard has translated for the United Nations. Plus, he is a leading advocate for Latino foster children in the U.S. He has been featured in Latino media, including the world's largest Spanish-language media companies such as Univision, Te Lo Cuento, and EFE. For three decades, his nonprofit has worked with government agencies nationwide to find families for foster and immigrant children to create a forever home.
