Jennifer Lyristis
Jennifer Lyristis is the Manager of Professional and Program Development at WellSpan Philhaven. Over the last three years, she has led the staggered implementation of Creating Presence across 3 cohorts of programs, totaling approximately 900 of WellSpan Philhaven’s staff. She oversees training, supports skill adoption, and has worked with the Board of Directors and executive leadership team to align policy and practice with trauma-informed values across programs offering a range of services, from wellness and employer services solutions to advanced care for complex medical and behavioral conditions in South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland.
