Kerry Stith

In his role as PNC’s Accessibility Director, Kerry Stith leads the Accessibility Office and helps to shape and drive strategies to make PNC accessible for all employees and customers, including those with disabilities. He established an accessibility framework and works with stakeholders across PNC to make the accessibility strategy come to life. As the father of two sons with disabilities, Mr. Stith has a long history working for disability awareness and advocacy. He has been active with PNC Enable, PNC’s disability awareness employee business resource group (EBRG), having served as leader for over a decade. He currently serves on the Disability:IN Accessibility Leadership Committee. His team leads the compilation of PNC’s responses for the Disability Equality Index (DEI). Mr. Stith has been with PNC for 24 years where he has served in various leadership roles in Consumer Lending, Supply Chain Management, and Enterprise Program Management. He received his BS and MBA degrees from Waynesburg University and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Regent University.
