Analiza Wolf

Analiza Quiroz Wolf is the founder of Women of Color Rise, a firm dedicated to helping women of color get a seat at the table. As an executive coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker, she has worked with hundreds of senior executives in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and nonprofits. She has also consulted with organizations on diversity, equity, and inclusion projects. Prior to founding Women of Color Rise, Analiza served as the CEO of a charter network in New York City. She started her career as a captain in the US Air Force and was also a brand manager at a Fortune 200 company. Analiza graduated with her BA and BS from Stanford University, MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and Master of Educational Leadership from the Broad Center (now at Yale). A Fulbright Scholar and Pahara Fellow, Analiza is also an acclaimed author with books including: “The Myths of Success: A Woman of Color's Guide to Leadership”; “Balikbayan: A Filipino Homecoming”; “Native Americans Who Inspire Us”; “Latin Americans Who Inspire Us”; and “Asian Americans Who Inspire Us,” which was named to the Gold House Book List. Analiza leads women’s leadership programs and a podcast for women leaders of color called Women of Color Rise. Analiza is also a graduate of the Stakeholder Leadership Governance Institute, a corporate board training program. Analiza has experience serving on non-profit boards, including AARP New York and the Ayuda Foundation.
