Randy Rolfe

Randy Rolfe is a bestselling author, speaker, educator, and counselor on parenting, nutrition, and family. With a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from Charles Widger School of Law, Villanova University, an MA in Theology from Villanova University, and certification in Applied Clinical Nutrition from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, her first career was as a litigation lawyer with a top Philadelphia firm, but she decided to focus on building a more peaceful world by helping families and founded the Institute for Creative Solutions in 1985. Her books include You Can Postpone Anything But Love, Adult Children Raising Children, The Seven Secrets of Successful Parents, The Four Temperaments, The True Secret to Weight Loss Is Energy, Mothers Losing Mothers, The Affirmations Book for Sharing and Princess Buttercup The Cat’s Cross-Country Road Trip #3 (both co-authored with John Rolfe), and most recently The Single Ingredient Diet.
