Manuel Manga

Manuel Manga is the director of the Center for Evolutionary Leadership based in Oakland, California, whose purpose is to contribute toward a just, sustainable, and flourishing world. He is a consultant, and executive coach. He has worked in the United States, Africa, Asia, Canada, Latin America, Europe and India. Mr. Manga offers his knowledge of human and organisational learning, innovation, ontological design, systems thinking, cultural evolution, sustainability, and evolutionary leadership to the adaptive challenges facing leaders, organisations and societies. He has worked with Anglo American, CARE, Conoco, Cemex, The World Bank, The UNDP, EPA, USAID, Oxfam, Plan International, ENAP, TeckChile. Chase, and many others. Mr. Manga worked at DEC, Digital Equipment Corporation, for 12 years as a human resource manager and as a management consultant to manufacturing and engineering plants worldwide. He was awarded best management education consultant award. Mr. Manga has degrees in Humanistic Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and Masters in Social Psychology, from Boston University. He was adjunct professor with Boston College in the leadership for change program. He was a founding member of the Society for Organizational Learning founded by Peter Senge. He studied Ontological Design and Ontological coaching with Fernando Flores.
