Ms. Colleen Fulkerson
Colleen Fulkerson is the Special Events Coordinator at the Epilepsy Association of Western and Central PA and has been raising money to support programs and services for people with epilepsy for 19 years. She orchestrates the EAWCP’s signature Mardi Gras Gala, which honors a local corporate community leader and is frequently recognized as one of the best parties in Pittsburgh. This event is the largest corporate-sponsored event for the organization, raising over half a million dollars annually. Ms. Fulkerson also spearheads the EAWCP’s four annual run/walk events, in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Erie, and Altoona. She works with families that host third party events and mentors students on senior and service projects. She is the volunteer coordinator and is responsible for the EAWCP’s social media marketing. Ms. Fulkerson’s passion for helping those impacted by epilepsy comes from years of working with individuals and families and hearing their stories, which gives her a unique talent to inspire others to donate both funds and time to help the EAWCP continue to grow.
