Steve Nolder

Mr. Steve Nolder began his career with Bayer in 1990 as a contract product representative in the Industrial Chemicals division. Following this assignment, he was hired by Bayer as an export representative. From 1990 through 1998, Mr. Nolder worked as export representative, logistics representative, and eventually export supervisor in the Materials Management organization. In 1998, he became manager and export control officer of the Polyurethane and Plastics export groups followed by manager and export control officer of the Polyurethane Customer Order Fulfillment group in 2000. In 2001, he became Director of International Trade and Compliance for Bayer Corporate and Business Services. Mr. Nolder joined Bayer Chemicals in 2003 and was named Vice President of the Supply Chain Americas Operations for LANXESS Corporation in July 2004. In August 2007, he was named Vice President Human Resources. In 2008, his responsibilities expanded to include the Canadian region. In 2011, he received a Human Resources Leadership Award from the Pittsburgh Business Times. In 2013, Mr. Nolder joined Calgon Carbon Corporation to develop the Global Business Services Department. In 2014, he assumed leadership of Global Human Resources for Calgon Carbon Corporation. In January 2019, he joined the Calgon Carbon Executive team and became Chief Human Resources Officer. He is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh. He graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics.
