Kaylene Ritchie

Since joining Calgon Carbon in 2018, Ms. Kaylene Ritchie has found herself fully immersed in managing talent acquisition and development. In addition to managing the entire North American recruiting cycle, she also has responsibility for talent development, and Calgon Carbon' s diversity, equity, and inclusion program. Prior to joining Calgon Carbon, Ms. Ritchie worked as an HR Advisor at Veolia Water Technologies, as well as serving as a Training Coordinator at Fiduciary 360. She received a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Project Management as well as a Master of Science with a focus in Human Resources Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. She is currently working towards a certification in Talent Management & Succession Planning, as well as Compensation from AIHR (Academy to Innovate HR). Ms. Ritchie’s greatest satisfaction comes from helping others navigate the early stages of their careers. She proudly advocates for disabled individuals and mental health awareness.
