Stuart McFaul

Stuart McFaul is founder of Stuart McFaul Associates, a San Francisco-based marketing agency that works with companies to bring optimal value to their investors and customers. The agency’s work has helped over 250 companies around the globe achieve successful IPOs or buyouts, a total market valuation of over $3 billion, and ROI as high as 23,000%. The first marketing program he created won its industry’s top marketing honors for his one-person operation; the third program he built is in the Smithsonian Archives as a model for marketing complex technologies to consumers. (It was also one of the world’s first empathy-based marketing programs.) He leveraged that experience to create the Optimal Value™ Marketing Playbook, designed to help entrepreneurs realize their dreams through a carefully staged approach that helps ensure business and financial success. The playbook is so successful that its concepts have been taught at Wharton Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, and USC Marshall School of Business. He was most recently recognized for Outstanding Marketing Leadership at the 2024 Marketing 2.0 Conference. His pro bono work includes being past president of Grateful Living (www.grateful.org), a global nonprofit that inspires and guides commitment to grateful living, personal and societal responsibility.
