Andrew Frey

Andrew Frey is a Real Estate development executive who builds successful teams to accelerate large and complex projects with superior design and financial returns. His expertise is focused on multifamily, with experience in condo, office, retail, hotel, and hospitality. He is a former zoning lawyer and urban planner. Andrew was appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to the board of Tri-Rail for 8 years, and served as vice-chair of his ULI district council for three terms. He won the ULI district council Young Leader of the Year, and the University of Miami architecture faculty award. Andrew went to law school at University of Michigan and undergrad at Boston College. He is currently the Director of the City of Miami's Department of Real Estate and Asset Management.
