Sherri Kroll
Sherri Kroll is the Executive Director at Middlesex Community Living, a service organization that provides supports to adults with intellectual disabilities in rural southwestern Ontario. Sherri has held that position since 2010 and has been with the organization for 36 years, starting as a direct support staff and moving through various management positions. Within her role, she also serves as the Chair of the Provincial Executive Directors Group and is a member of the Provincial Network on Developmental Disabilities. Sherri has a keen interest in quality initiatives and has previous experience as a provincial consultant and trainer with the Council on Quality and Leadership, Canada. Sherri is married with two children, one who has been diagnosed with a developmental disability.
