Monica Diaz is the author of "Otheresteem: Regaining the Passion to Value Others". A global speaker, trainer and coach, she uses her extensive experience with The Human Element® body of work as well as her own Aspirations Theory and Q Coaching Model to inspire people to renew their passion for work and live fully in everything they do. Director of Quídam Global, she is based in Mexico, where she lives with her three teenage sons and talented husband, Rubén.
