Jessica Ziegler
JESSICA ZIEGLER is the Director of Development for United Neighborhood Houses of New York. Prior to joining UNH in 2007, Jessica served as the Director of Development and Communications at Housing and Services, Inc. (HSI). Prior to that, she worked for nine years in New York City government, most recently serving as the Director of Operations for the NYC Department of Homeless Services. Her previous experience also includes service at the NYC Office of Management and Budget (OMB), during which she oversaw the City's budget-related lobbying efforts on behalf of social service and health/mental health agencies and managed the City's child welfare budget. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
