Captain Scotty Smiley, a West Point graduate, Ranger, and the Army’s only active-duty blind officer lost his sight in a suicide bomber attack in Iraq. He shares his remarkable journey of faith, hope and courage. Since his injury, he has climbed Mount Rainier, surfed, skied, skydived, completed a triathlon and earned an MBA from Duke University.
