Aman Keays

Aman Keays has been the owner, director and full time teacher at Full Circle Yoga in San Diego since 1983. At 25, he began his study of yoga and meditation, eventually studying and training with B.K.S. Iyengar and his daughter Geeta since 1979. Aman earned his certification as an Iyengar Yoga Teacher. In addition, Aman has studied and practiced Vipassana Meditation since the 1990’s and then practiced locally in the Zen Tradition with Charlotte Joko Beck until her death in 2011. He currently is a student of an Advaita teacher. He is passionate about practice and loves sharing with others.
