Carl McDonald has had a twenty-year career with the Wyoming Highway Patrol. Carl has recently retired from the Patrol in order to accept a position as the National Law Enforcement Initiative Coordinator with MADD, Mother’s Against Drunk Driving. In January 1998 Lieutenant McDonald’s five year old daughter, Carlie, was tragically killed in a drunk driving collision near Green River, WY.
