Bill hails from Philadelphia, and has been a life long athlete. He has ridden professionally for many years, and has since hung up his tack. He now is the Assistant Racing Secretary at Indiana Downs, and also the fill-in State Steward. His ultimate goal is to be a full time Steward, and make his way into the management of racing.
