There was a lot of great racing over the weekend that should have implications on the Kentucky Derby and Oaks. Songbird absolutely romped in the Las Virgenes remaining undefeated. Nyquist, the 2015 champion 2-year-old colt did not race over the weekend, but he put in a sensational workout prior to the races at Santa Anita on Saturday. Bob Baffert unleashed his Triple Crown hopeful Mor Spirit and he was impressive in the Robert B. Lewis.
