The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors offers compassionate care and resources to all those grieving the loss of a military loved one.
TAPS has assisted over 85,000 surviving family members, casualty officers and caregivers.
Bonnie Carroll, President and Founder of TAPS (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors) is a 2015 recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, a military veteran, a former staffer in the Reagan and Bush White Houses and the surviving spouse of the Brigadier General Tom Carroll.
